My story

Movement has always been a big part of my life. From ballet dancing to strength training, for as long as I can remember I’ve always found joy in moving my body.

Although I had been practising yoga in some way or another for many years, my connection to the practice deepened during my training as a corporate lawyer in London. My yoga mat became a place for grounding, clarity, strength and consistency, supporting me through both professional and personal transitions.

Curious and eager to learn more, I completed my teacher training in 2022 with Katarina Rayburn and Helen Russell-Clark. Yoga began to influence my life in subtle but meaningful ways, inspiring me to spend more time learning, teaching and sharing the practice with people in all walks of life.

My classes are playful, balanced and inclusive. With focus on breath and awareness of the self, I encourage you to explore moving with openness, courage and a sense of adventure. Expect a strong and steady practice, intelligent sequence with a hint of spice. You'll leave feeling energised, balanced and uplifted - and might even surprise yourself!

I believe yoga is for everyone. It is a huge privilege to be both a teacher and student of this ancient practice, and I am committed to continuous learning and sharing my knowledge of yoga and its origins with inclusivity and respect.
